Following several
reports of an upturned dinghy the ILB was tasked to their |

assistance. The
Topper 14 had been overcome by a squall and capsized. The |
|
two occupants were
unable to right the yacht. ILB crew righted her and |
|
returned them
under tow to Brixham Harbour. |

Whilst escorting
the vessel under tow (previous shout) the ILB was tasked to a |
|
report of the
occupants of a dinghy apparently waving for assistance. The ILB |
|
found five
youngsters in the dinghy without any sea safety aids and whose |
|
outboard had
fallen off into the sea. They were returned to harbour and met |
|
by the HM
Coastguard team who gave safety advice. |

Launched to a 9
metre vessel that had run into Brixham Breakwater. Vessel |
|
was assisted by
others and recovered to seaward. The ILB placed a Crew |
|
member on board to
assess damage and prepare her for a tow into Brixham. |
|
ALB subsequently
picked up the tow and returned the vessel to Brixham |
|
Harbour. The ILB
was tasked to a second incident. |
